No wood screws, use anchor nut ENSAT and bolt for taking durability.
Found and purchased the anchor nut for M3, M4 and M6.
- M3 for the bridge/tailpiece plate.
- M4 for tailpiece
- M6 for connect neck/center body and body
Not use M6 now because the different style anchor nut already installed.
ENSAT requires special tool.
Open the hole for inserting anchor nut. Set ENSAT to special hand tool.
Screw the anchor clockwise into the wood. After screw, grave the nut of special hand tool and rotate the tool handle to counter-clockwise.
Remove special hand tool.
Ordinary bolt and nut were used for M4 ENSAT this time because no special hand tool in toolbox. This method is not recommended.
Set the bridge/tailpiece plate using truss head bolt.
Setup parts.
Remaining work; filing and smoothing the fret edge then clean up frets.
