My first Fender® style guitar built-up.
The guitar is Duo-sonic® style with Tele® like head. I had a image of 5X's sand-beige colored Duo-Sonic®, and Musicmaster® too.
I choose domestic Hokkaido Wood which is called "MAKANBA" for the body. That is a little heavy wood. At start of this project the body has 45mm thick. So heavy. Current thickness is 38mm near original Duo-sonic®. Totally weight including metal and electric is about 3.5kg.
Switch at right body top can select 3 position as;
-1 Front pick-up
-2 Phase-out sound of Front and Rear pick-up
-3 Rear pick-up
Neck scale length is as Strat®. I bought this neck from Stew-mac because I didn't know that Fender style neck construction. I'll try myself making a neck from a wood in next chance.
